| ARRIS Group, Inc. (ARRIS) is a global communications technology company. The Company operates in three business segments: Broadband Communications Systems; Access, Transport & Supplies, and Media & Communications Systems, specializing in integrated broadband network solutions that include infrastructure and CPE products, as well as systems and software for content and operations management (including video on demand, or VOD) and professional services.
