| C. R. Bard, Inc. (Bard) is engaged in the design, manufacture, packaging, distribution and sale of medical, surgical, diagnostic and patient care devices. The Company’s principal international markets were in Europe and Japan as of December 31, 2011. On November 10, 2011, Bard acquired Medivance, Inc. On December 16, 2011, the Company acquired Lutonix, Inc. |
