| Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group, Inc., formerly Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, LLC, is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company develops, owns and operates three contemporary, complementary restaurant concepts: Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House (Del Frisco’s), Sullivan’s Steakhouse (Sullivan’s) and Del Frisco’s Grille (the Grille). As of January 24, 2012, the Company operated 31 high-volume, full-service restaurants in 18 states. Each of its three concepts offers steaks, as well as other menu selections, such as chops and fresh seafood. These menu selections are complemented by an extensive wine selection. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of LSF5 Wagon Holdings, LLC, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of LSF5 COI Holdings, LLC (Holdings). Holdings is majority owned by Lone Star Fund V (U.S.), L.P. (the Fund), which is a private investment fund and the ultimate parent of the Company. |
