| FormFactor, Inc. designs, develops, manufactures, sells and supports precision, semiconductor wafer probe card products and solutions. Semiconductor manufacturers use its wafer probe cards to perform wafer sort, and test on the semiconductor die or chips on the semiconductor wafer. Its wafer probe cards are used by its customers in the front end of the semiconductor manufacturing process, as its image sensor, parametric or in-line probe cards. It has facilities in the United States, Singapore, Japan, Germany, Taiwan, Italy, South Korea and the People's Republic of China. Its customers include manufacturers in the dynamic random access memory, Flash and system-on-chip markets.
