| First Savings Financial Group, Inc. (First Savings Financial Group), is a holding company for First Savings Bank, F.S.B. (the Bank). It operates as a community-oriented financial institution offering traditional financial services to consumers and businesses in its primary market area. On July 6, 2012, the Company announced that the Bank, acquired the Indiana branch offices of Elizabethtown, Kentucky-based First Federal Savings Bank of Elizabethtown, Inc. On July 6, 2012, First Financial Services Corp. divested its four branch retail bank franchise in Indiana to the Bank. |
