| Dot Hill Systems Corp. (Dot Hill) is engaged in designing, manufacturing and marketing a range of software and hardware storage systems for the entry and mid-range storage markets. The Company operates in two segments: storage systems and standalone storage software. The Company's storage solutions consist of integrated hardware, firmware and software products employing a modular system that allows end-users to add various protocol, performance, capacity or data protection schemes as needed. Its range of products, from small capacity direct attached to complete multi-hundred terabyte (TB) storage area networks (SANs). The Company offers storage systems in Fibre Channel Internet small computer systems interface (iSCSI), and Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) host interfaces which include SSD, SAS and SATA drive technologies. The Company also offers enterprise class RAID software for industry standard Windows and Linux servers, as well as storage management applications. |
