| Motorola Solutions, Inc. (Motorola Solutions) provides mission-critical communication infrastructure, devices, software and services. On April 29, 2011, it completed the sale of its Networks business. On October 28, 2011, it completed the sale of its Wireless Broadband businesses to Vector Capital. In October 2012, Motorola Solutions acquired Psion PLC. |
