| Gibraltar Industries, Inc. is a manufacturer and distributor of products for the building and industrial markets. On June 3, 2011, the Company acquired Pacific Award Metals, Inc. It acquired The D.S. Brown Company (D.S. Brown), on April 1, 2011. On March 10, 2011, it sold its United Steel Products subsidiary (USP), and sold its interest in the Structural Soft, LLC. |
