| Synopsys, Inc. is engaged in providing technology solutions used to develop electronics and electronic systems. Its products and services are organized into four groups: Core EDA; IP and System-Level Solutions; Manufacturing Solutions and Professional Services. In July 2012, it acquired Ciranova. In October 2012, it acquired EVE. On November 30, 2012, it acquired SpringSoft. |
