| Frederick’s of Hollywood Group Inc. (Frederick’s), through its subsidiaries, sells women’s apparel and related products under its Frederick’s of Hollywood brand y through its United States mall-based specialty retail stores, which are referred to as Stores, and through its catalog and Website at www.fredericks.com, which are referred to collectively as Direct. During fiscal 2012, the Company opened one outlet store and closed six stores. |
