Prudential Financial has two businesses: the Financial Services Businesses and the Closed Block Business. The Closed Block Business consists of the assets and related liabilities of the Closed Block described below and certain related assets and liabilities. On January 1, 2012, it merged with Gibraltar Life Insurance Company, Ltd (Gibraltar Life). |
