The Company also produces higher-value coking, or metallurgical, coal which, when treated into coke, is used in furnaces with iron ore to produce steel. The Company supplies the seaborne iron ore trade. The Company's operations are in Australia and North America, but also have businesses in South America, Europe, Southern Africa and Asia.
