It also provides single-point engineering, procurement, construction management, and validation (“EPCMV”) project delivery services. The Company provides a range of life-cycle services including planning, design, consulting, engineering, design-build, and construction and program management services to its clients engaged in civil construction projects throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. It provides services to technology and manufacturing; pulp and paper; food and consumer products; and basic resources clients.
