| Chicago Rivet & Machine Co., manufactures rivet setting machines and automated assembly systems for high volume production, as well as replacement tooling and parts. The Company operates in two segments: fasteners and assembly equipment. It manufactures cold formed parts/cold headed fasteners from .03 inches to .620 inches in body diameter, and up to five inches in length. It designs and builds custom riveting machines. It also offers repair and consulting services.The Company’s manufacturing facilities are located in Tyrone, Pennsylvania and Albia, Iowa. |
