| Empowered Products, Inc. (EPI), formerly On Time Filings, Inc., is engaged in the manufacture, sale and distribution of personal care products, principally throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. EPI through its wholly owned subsidiary, Empowered Products Nevada, Inc. (EP Nevada) and its subsidiaries, offers a line of products, including topical gels, lotions and oils. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s products were sold in 30 countries through more than 2,700 retail outlets. During the year ended December 31, 2011, EPI introduced two herbal supplements for women under its PINK for Women brand and two herbal supplements for men under its GUN OIL for Men brand. EP Nevada’s subsidiaries include Empowered Products Limited (EP BVI), Empowered Products Asia Limited (EP Asia) and Empowered Products Pty Ltd. (EP Australia). On June 30, 2011, EP Nevada merged with and into EPI Acquisition Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, with EP Nevada as the surviving company. |
