| Forward Industries, Inc. (Forward) designs, markets, and distributes carry and protective solutions primarily for hand held electronic devices, including medical monitoring and diagnostic kits, bar code scanners, global positioning system (GPS) and location devices, cellular telephones, laptop computers, and Moving Picture Experts Group Layer-3 Audio (MP3) players. Forward’s customers are the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), of these electronic and other consumer products (or the contract manufacturing firms of these OEM customers) that either package its carry solution products as accessories in box together with their product offerings. |
