The Company conducts its reinsurance operations through two licensed and regulated entities: Greenlight Reinsurance, Ltd. (Greenlight Re) based in the Cayman Islands, and Greenlight Reinsurance Ireland, Ltd. (GRIL), based in Ireland. Greenlight Re provides global specialty property and casualty reinsurance. GRIL provides multi-line property and casualty reinsurance capacity to the European broker market and provides the Company with a platform to serve clients located in Europe. The Company's investment portfolio is managed by DME Advisors, LP.
