The Away Network is a series of travel content websites that includes Away.com, GORPTravel.com and GORP.com. The Away Network also hosts, maintains and develops outsideonline.com, pursuant to an agreement with Mariah Media, Inc., the publishers of Outside magazine. This network of websites specializes in providing travel content for travelers seeking information for thematic and experiential travel such as adventure, family or romance trips. The Company’s OrbitzforBusiness.com website offers international corporate travel services and call center support to an array of organizations, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. For individuals and smaller companies, its Orbitz for Business self-managed product offers savings through lower transaction fees and negotiated business hotel rates. For larger companies with many travelers, its Orbitz for Business product offers full-service online corporate travel as well as managed travel program management services. ebookers offers customers the ability to book an array of travel products and services through its U.K.-based website, ebookers.com. HotelClub.com, Accomline.com and Asia-hotels.com are hotel-only websites that offer customers the opportunity to book hotel reservations in over 120 countries. The Company’s retail model provides customers the ability to book air, hotel, cruise and car rental reservations. Air transactions comprise the majority of this business. The Company’s merchant model mainly provides customers the ability to book air, hotel, destination services reservations and dynamic vacation packages. It utilizes a combination of online and traditional offline marketing. It competes with AOL, Google, MSN and Yahoo!, while meta-search sites mainly include Farecast, Kayak, SideStep and Yahoo!FareChase. It operates in a highly regulated industry both in the U.S. and internationally.|
