| America Movil SAB de CV is a Mexico-based company primarily engaged in the provision of wireless communications services in Latin America. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Radiomovil Dipsa SA de CV, Telefonos de Mexico SAB de CV, Comunicacion Celular SA, Empresa Brasileira de Telecomunicacoes SA, Net Servicos de Comunicacao SA and TracFone Wireless Inc, among others. In addition, AT&T Inc was its major shareholder with 24.5% of its interest. On April 30, 2013, the Company acquired a 100% stake in Corporacion de Medios Integrales SA de CV. |
