| Cascade Bancorp (Bancorp) is a bank holding company. Bancorp and its wholly owned subsidiary, Bank of the Cascades (the Bank), operate in Oregon and Idaho markets. The Bank is state-chartered bank, and offers community banking through 32 branches in Central Oregon, Southern Oregon, Northwest Oregon (including the Portland/Salem area), and Boise/Treasure Valley, Idaho. The Bank offers a range of commercial and retail banking services to its customers. Lending activities serve small to medium-sized businesses, municipalities and public organizations, professional and consumer relationships. The Bank provides commercial real estate loans, real estate construction and development loans, commercial and industrial loans, as well as consumer installment, line-of-credit, credit card, and home equity loans. The Bank originates residential mortgage loans that are typically sold on the secondary market. |
