| Native American Energy Group, Inc. is a development-stage energy resource development and management company. It is engaged in the development of oil and gas interests in the Williston Basin in Montana; development of coal-bed methane natural gas (CBM) in the Cook Inlet Basin in Alaska; and the implementation of vertical axis wind turbine power generation technology for the production of green energy throughout the United States, including Alaska and all United States Native American Indian reservations. In August 2011, it commenced a five well-workover program on its four oil and gas lease holdings in the Williston Basin in Montana. During the months of August 2011 through December 2011, it completed the first phase of enhanced oil recovery (EOR) operations on four of its five wells. The initial EOR operations during the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2011, it collected and sold approximately 919 barrels of oil, in aggregate, from two wells during the 4th quarter ending December 31, 2011. |
