It operates in two segments: North America, which sells its portfolio of owned, licensed and distributed brands, including our Elizabeth Arden products, to department stores, mass retailers and distributors in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, and International, which sells its portfolio of owned and licensed brands, including its Elizabeth Arden products, in approximately 120 countries outside of North America. In May 2012, the Company acquired the global licenses and certain related assets for the Ed Hardy, True Religion and BCBGMAXAZRIA fragrance brands. In June 2012, the Company acquired the global licenses and certain related assets for the Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj fragrance brands. |
