| Rand Logistics, Inc. (Rand) is engaged in the shipping business. Rand operates in Canada by Lower Lakes Towing and in the United States by Lower Lakes Transportation Company (Lower Lakes Transportation). The Company through its subsidiary, Lower Lakes Towing Ltd.
