The Company is engaged in the delivery of IP-based services and applications, including web hosting, outsourced Internet and intranet services, outsourced enterprise applications, and voice-over IP. It sells its products and services products and service through direct sales and distributors, value-added resellers, and original equipment manufacturer partners to end-users.
