On January 31, 2011, the Company acquired Raytheon Applied Signal Technology, Inc. (RAST). During the year ended December 31, 2011, it acquired Henggeler Computer Consultants Inc., Pikewerks Corporation and substantially all of the assets of Ktech Corporation. |
