| Power Integrations, Inc., (Power Integrations) designs, develops, manufactures and markets high-voltage, analog and mixed-signal integrated-circuit (IC) products and high-voltage silicon diodes. The Company’s products are used in electronic power supplies, also known as switched-mode power supplies or switchers. S of December 31, 2011, the Company offer IC products that can be used in alternating current (AC)- direct current (DC) power supplies with output wattages up to approximately 500 watts.
