| The investment seeks investment results that correspond (before fees and expenses) generally to the price and yield of the WilderHill New Energy Global Innovation Index. The fund invests at least 90% of its total assets in the securities of companies engaged in the business of the advancement of cleaner energy and conservation that comprise the underlying index, as well as American depositary receipts and global depositary receipts that are based on the securities in the underlying index. It anticipates that the majority of its investments will be in the securities that comprise the underlying index rather than in ADRs and GDRs. |
