The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks of companies that have a consistent record of dividend increases and that comprise the underlying index. Strictly in accordance with its guidelines and mandated procedures, Mergent®, Inc. includes stock in the underlying index, principally on the basis of dividend yield and consistent growth in dividends. The underlying index was composed of 50 companies. |
