| The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes in common stocks of mid capitalization U.S. companies. The Advisor currently considers mid-cap companies to be those with market capitalizations like those found in the Russell Midcap® Index. The fund may also invest in the securities of small capitalization companies and in foreign (non-U.S.) securities. It seeks to invest in stocks whose future prospects are misunderstood or not fully recognized by the market. |
