It will invest substantially all of its assets in a diversified portfolio of long-term, investment grade quality New York municipal obligations which are either covered by insurance or backed by an escrow or trust account containing US government or agency securities to ensure timely payments of principal and interest. It may invest up to 20% of its assets in municipal bonds that pay interest subject to the Federal alternative minimum tax. |
